Our Studio Samples are perfect if you want to feel and test specific fabrics before placing a bulk order. Simply choose the material and fit you’re interested in from the dropdown menu, and we’ll send you a sample pulled from our extra production pieces.

The hat fit/style is a mixed bag. These samples are predominantly to help you assess the fabric quality, texture, weight, and colour.
- Stock levels fluctuate, so we can't guarantee your preference will be in stock at any given time.

If the fabric you’ve selected isn’t available in your preferred fit, we recommend ordering a second sample in an alternative hat shape using that material. This allows you to assess the fabric feel before proceeding with a bulk order.

Lead Time
First orders: 6–8 weeks
Repeat orders: 4–5 weeks

Ordering Process
Submit Quote – Choose a style (20+ units), upload your logo/artwork, and submit your request. Prices include front embroidery; extras (back/side) and shipping are quoted separately.
Quote & Mock-Up – We’ll send pricing and a digital mock-up for review.
Confirm & Deposit – Approve the mock-up and pay the deposit to lock in your order.
Embroidery Approval – We’ll send you a sample embroidery panel (weeks 3–4) for sign-off.
Production – Hats go into full production. Lead time: 6–8 weeks (first orders), 4–5 weeks (reorders).
Shipping – Once complete, your hats ship straight to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple - shipping’s already built into your quote, along with any applicable duties & tariffs. No hidden extras.
We also take care of all duties and tariff payments up front on your behalf, so there’s nothing for you to worry about!
