What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 20 units per hat style and artwork. For example, you cannot order 20 White Corduroy hats and request 10 each with two different designs embroidered. In addition, you cannot order 20 Corduroy hats and ask for 10 in White and 10 in Black. 

What is the lead time for a custom order?

How much does a bulk order cost?

Do the prices include embroidery?

Yes, the prices do factor in the cost of embroidery (front only) and shipping. The prices listed on the website are the full cost excluding shipping. All pricing information can be found in our price guide. 

How much does shipping cost?

We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises. All of our quotes are fully inclusive of shipping costs. Additionally, where applicable, our pricing includes all tariff and import duties, so the price you see is the final price delivered to your door. All pricing information can be found in our price guide. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we do ship worldwide! We work with clients and brands across the globe!

Can I order a sample before production? 

We offer two types of samples depending on what you’re looking for: Custom Samples (with your branding) and Blank Samples (to test fit, shape etc.).

Here’s a quick breakdown of how it works:

Custom Samples

  • Full cost refunded on bulk orders of 100+ units

  • 50% refunded on bulk orders of 50+ units

  • Lead Time: 4-6 Weeks

  • Pricing (Including Shipping):

    • USA: $160 USD 

    • AUSTRALIA: $250 AUD

    • CANADA: $275 CAD

  • Submit a Quote here. 

Blank Samples

  • Full cost refunded on bulk orders of 50+ units

  • Perfect for checking the fit, construction, and materials

  • Available to purchase directly through our website under the Blank Sample section

  • We only hold blanks in cotton across all fits. If you want to test a specific material (corduroy, nylon, hemp etc.) you can purchase a Studio Sample. These are spare production pieces we have on hand that let you feel the fabric, but we can’t guarantee every fabric is available in every hat style. Best paired with a Blank Sample in your chosen hat fit. 

If there's any doubt over the fit, we always recommend grabbing a sample so you can test the fit and feel for yourself, and if you move ahead with a bulk order, we’ll knock the cost off your final invoice based on the above conditions.
