How does it work?
(1) Submit Quote
- Select hat style from our Signature Range
- Select Quantity (20 units Min order)
- Attach Logo / Artwork to be embroidered
- Submit Quote
All prices on the website include 1 x location of embroidery on the front of hat. If you wish to add additional embroidery on the back and side of the hat, this will be included in the quote, along with shipping information.

(2) Quote & Digital Mock Up
Once we receive your quote request, we will send through pricing information along with a digital mock-up with your logo for review.
(3) Confirm Pricing & Pay Deposit
Review the quote and mock-up carefully, and if everything looks good, confirm your order and make the required deposit payment. The balance will be due on completion.
(4) Embroidery Approval
After paying the deposit, its time to source the fabrics and commence the embroidery set up. We will email you a sample embroidery panel for approval before commencing production. We aim have these ready in weeks 3 - 4 after your order is placed.
(5) Production
Now the magic happens. Your custom hats will be made up and arrive at your doorstep in no time. Our lead time ranges from 6 - 8 weeks for first orders from date of order placed depending on the volume of orders we're processing. Repeat orders are completed faster, generally within 4-5 weeks from the order being placed.
(6) Shipping
Once production is complete, your hats will be dispatched and arrive at your doorstep in no time!
