BULK ORDERS Delivery Times Once production wraps up, shipping typically takes: 8 - 11 days FOR STANDARD SHIPPIG 3-7 DAYS FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING Keep in mind this is transit time after your hats are made, not total turnaround time. While we do everything we can to get your order to you fast, we aren’t responsible for surprise carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or courier hiccups out of our control. Tracking Your Order Once your order leaves our facility, it takes a few days for our freight partners to process the shipment and issue a tracking number. The second that link comes through, we’ll email it straight to you so you can follow along in real time. Address Accuracy We ship to the exact address listed on your quote and final approved mock-up file, so please double-check those details before giving the green light to start production. Need to update your address while your hats are still being made? Let us know ASAP. Please keep in mind that mid-production address changes may come with additional shipping or rerouting costs. Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t change the destination or take responsibility for deliveries sent to an outdated address. Lost or Damaged Boxes In the rare event that your order goes missing in transit or shows up beat up, shoot us a note right away. We’ll jump in with the carrier to launch an investigation and help sort out a solution. Customs & Import Duties Nobody likes surprise bills when their hats arrive, so we build applicable tariff costs directly into your pricing up front. That means for most orders, the price on your quote is what you pay to get your lids to your door. Keep in mind that if your local customs authority flags an order for any unexpected country-specific clearance fees or local taxes outside of standard tariffs, those remain out of our hands.
